PCC was selected and awarded a contract for this Progressive Design Build (PDB) Project in late 2020. Scope of the project included rehabilitation of the WRF’s existing influent pump station, a new headworks, aeration upgrades, clarifier upgrades, new tertiary filters, UV upgrades, new rotary drum thickeners, and a new centrifuge. Nearly every piece of process equipment at the plant was upgraded or replaced as part of this project. Throughout the Preconstruction Phase, PCC provided numerous (VE) proposals as well as sequence of construction input to minimize the overall project cost while maintaining existing plant operations. The plant has an ADF capacity of 6.0 MGD and a PHF of 26 MGD.
