Tri Star Career Compact (CMR)

Tri-Star requested a CM at-Risk for the building of their new stand alone Career Compact center. The project included a new 102,000 SF facility that houses the Tri-Star vocational programs. Peterson assisted the design team in constructability reviews to help the project team identify ways to stay on budget and make construction more efficient. Peterson also requested an early site package GMP to get construction started in September for optimal earthwork conditions and ease the project building schedule. The project was completed in 2019.
