    This project utilized the CM at Risk delivery model and consisted of a new stand-alone 120,000 SF middle/high school. This project was built adjacent to the existing school which provided several logistical challenges that Peterson was able to overcome. This project was completed on schedule in August 2020. The Middle/High School cost was $26.6 million and the PAC cost was $11 million (total of $37.6 million).
