Marion Pleasant High School & K-4 Addition (CMR)

    This project utilized the CM at Risk delivery model and consisted of a new stand-alone 129,000 SF 5-12 Building. Construction was completed in 2022. The project cost was $30.5 million.

    PCC was also awarded the CMR for the 53,000 SF K-4 addition which is currently unders construction and on schedule to be completed in 2027. That project cost is $24.2 million.
