    These projects utilized the CM at Risk delivery model and consisted of a new 118,000 SF PK-6 School and a remodel of the existing 115,000 SF High School (233,000 total SF). The High School remodel was completed in 2020 and the new PK-6 facility was completed in 2021. The project cost was $24.2 million for the new PK-6 facility and $20.5 million for the High School (total of $44.7 million).
