    This project utilized the CM at Risk delivery model and consisted of a new stand-alone 130,000 SF elementary school. Construction was completed in August 2021. The project cost was $30 million.

    This project came in under budget, so the owner was able to purchase alternates with bid day savings. This project was completed in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. Peterson was able to keep the project on schedule by moving manpower efficiently and as needed.
