    PCC was awarded both the Bethel High School project and the subsequent K-5 Elementary and Stadium project, utilizing the Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) delivery model. The High School project consisted of an 85,000 SF addition completed in 2017. Building on this successful partnership, PCC was subsequently awarded the construction of a new 100,000 SF K-5 Elementary School and Football Stadium, completed in 2023.
