Celina Elementary & High School (CMR)

    This project is using CM at-Risk for the construction of a new stand-alone Elementary building totaling 116,000 SF. Approximately 85,000 SF of the existing building was renovated in the summer of 2024. This CM at-risk contract also includes a new stand-alone 200,000 SF High School (total project 401,000 SF).  During the Design Phase, the CMR Team developed extensive VE options that kept the District’s design intent without sacrificing square footage. The cost for the Elementary School is $44.8 million and the cost for the High School is $83.4 million (total cost of $128.2 million).
