PCC was selected and awarded a contract for this CMAR Project at Dayton’s WRF (ADF of 72 MGD) in 2022. Scope of the work includes (4) new 90-ft diameter anaerobic digesters with concrete covers, addition of concrete covers on (2) existing digesters, conversion of (2) existing digesters to sludge storage tanks with the addition of geodesic domes, a new digester complex, a new Boiler Building, a new Digester Gas Handling Building, a new Digester Blending Complex (DBC) with tankage and pumps, rehabilitation of South and North Primary Sludge Pumping Stations, HVAC upgrades throughout the WWTP, (3) new 3-MW diesel generators, medium voltage switchgear, and significant medium voltage electrical upgrades throughout the WWTP.
