    PCC was low bidder on this design-bid-build project for a new 55,000 SF, two story new jail. The jail included a 104 bed inmate housing unit and a law enforcement office building. Construction included concrete masonry walls, cast-in-place 2nd floor deck, steel, cells, detention equipment, food service area, laundry area, rest rooms, visiting area, offices, flooring, and lockers.
