PCC was awarded this CM at Risk project in 2024 for the construction and renovations at the Ohio Reformatory for Women. The project includes the replacement of critical electric infrastructure items and the construction of a new ORW Multi-Purpose Education Building. The building will include a commercial grade structure to be utilized for numerous programs. The total project cost is $43 million.
