PCC successfully completed both the Xenia Middle School and Stadium projects utilizing the Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) delivery model. The Middle School project consisted of a new, stand-alone 127,000 SF facility, completed in October 2024. The 6,000-seat Stadium was subsequently completed in July 2025.
